  • Standard Delivery:
    • In stock: Delivered in 3–5 working days
    • Backorder/Out of stock: 7–14 working days
  • Express Delivery:
    • 2–3 working days (depending on stock availability)
  • Free Delivery:
    • For orders over S$300
  • Order Tracking:
    • Track every shipment easily

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock and location. If there’s any unexpected delay, we’ll contact you right away.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

We stand by every product we offer and want you and your pets to be happy. If something isn’t right, here’s how we help:

1. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products should be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Please take care when opening your items—returns showing clear signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be refunded in full.
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are covered by you.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

2. Defective or Misdescribed Items (Singapore Lemon Law / CPFTA)

  • If your item arrives defective or not as described, you are protected by Singapore law for up to 6 months after delivery.
  • We’ll always do our best to help:
    • We may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or price adjustment depending on the situation.
  • Please reach out promptly and keep all packaging and the product as you received it. Items damaged through misuse, normal wear and tear, or not following product guidelines are not covered.
  • For approved defect claims, we’ll arrange the return shipping or pickup at no cost to you.

3. How to Request a Return or Raise an Issue

  • Head to our Contact Us page, select “Return”, and fill out the form with your order number and details.
  • Add photos or a description of the issue if needed—this helps us help you faster!
  • Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.

Important Notes (For Fairness)

  • Please check your order upon delivery.
    If there are any issues, contact us as soon as possible for the fastest resolution.
  • Returns must be authorized.
    Unapproved or late returns may not be accepted.
  • Partial refunds:
    If goods or packaging are returned damaged, or not as originally sent, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.
  • Abuse of policy:
    We reserve the right to decline returns or limit services in cases of misuse.
